Adults At Play
Park playground class
Limited to just 10 per class, Adults at Play is filled with engaging movements including Circuit Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Tabata, Sports Drills, Hill Training, and more. Expect use of ones own body weight during sessions as well as fun equipment such as kettle bells, ropes, bands, bosu balls, and so much more. All levels welcome.
Monday, Wednesday, Fridays 8;45 am, and Saturdays 8 am
Limited to 10 people.
