Personal Training
My training style incorporates various techniques including Resistance Training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata, and Calisthenics. I prefer to continually mix up techniques and style because it’s important to keep the body guessing, always challenged, and of course for it to be fun. I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe that it is important to teach my clients how to adopt a healthy, realistic lifestyle that they will love and that will become second nature. Most importantly, working out shouldn’t feel like a chore!
